The enquiry form
The form collects your name, your email address, the project name, what it is, roughly how much music, the deadline, a budget band and your message. It is used to answer you and to quote for the work, and for nothing else. You are not required to send it and nothing on this site depends on it; the fields marked required are the ones that have to be filled in for a reply to be possible.
The form also sends the time the page loaded, the time you pressed send, and the difference between them, along with one hidden field that is not shown to you. Those three things are a spam check: it runs automatically, and a submission that fails it may not reach her.
That check is the only automated step, and it judges the submission rather than you. Nothing here makes an automated decision about you that has a legal effect or a similarly significant one, which is the kind of decision the law requires to be set out in a notice like this. this reading needs confirming in review
The lawful basis is legitimate interests. The interest is being able to reply to an enquiry you chose to send and to quote for the work it describes.
Your right to object
Because the lawful basis is legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this use of your information at any time. Write to the address above and it will stop. This right is set out separately from the others below because it applies specifically to processing on this basis.
Who else sees it
What you send passes through the service that receives the form and the provider that hosts this site, both of which act on Shiloh Bauer's instructions and hold it only to deliver it. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for marketing. names to be added once chosen

How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is live and for the length of any contract that follows it, then for six years figure not chosen from the end of that contract, which is how long records may be needed for tax and for a claim. An enquiry that does not lead to work is deleted after twelve months figure not chosen.
Visits to this site
Visits are counted without cookies and without anything stored on your device. No identifier follows you to any other site. Two things beyond the page view are recorded: that the play control was pressed, and that an enquiry was sent successfully. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased, ask for its use to be restricted, object to its use as described above, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address above.
